TAKE NOTICE:

That WHB Trust of Warden, WA,

has filed applications for change/

transfer of water right in order

to add a point of withdrawal,

and change the place of use as

granted under Ground Water

Certificate Nos. 6678-A(B) and

G3-01205(B).

That Ground Water Certificate

No. 6678-A(B) authorizes the

withdrawal of 498 gallons per

minute, 393.5 acre-feet per year,

from February 1 to October 31,

each year, for the irrigation of

157.4 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

SW¼NW¼ of Sec. 13, T. 18 N.,

R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of

use is in portions of the E½ of

Section 14, W½ of Section 13,

and S½ of Section 12, T. 18

N., R. 31 E.W.M., except the

lands described as follows: 6

pivots (radius of 1355 feet) being

approximately 132.1 acres

centered in the ¼ sections of the

E½ of Section 14, W½ of Section

13, and the S½ of Section 12, T.

18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Ground Water Certificate

No. G3-01205(B) authorizes the

withdrawal of 850.2 gallons per

minute, 863.5 acre-feet per year,

from February 1 to October 31,

each year, for the irrigation of

345.4 acres (Note: 157.4 acres

are non-additive to Certificate

6678-A(B), 188 acres are primary

in the N½ Sec. 12).

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

SW¼NW¼ of Sec. 13, T. 18 N.,

R. 31 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is in portions of the E½ of Section

14, W½ of Section 13, and Section

12, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

except the lands described as

follows: 7 pivots (radius of 1355

feet) being approximately 345.4

acres centered in the ¼ sections

of the E½ of Section 14, W½

of Section 13, and the S½ and

NE¼ of Section 12, T. 18 N., R.

31 E.W.M.

That they propose to add a point

of withdrawal (no well installed)

to the SW¼NW¼ of Sec. 13, T.

18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That they propose to change

the place of use of GWC No.

6678-A(B) to 157.4 acres within

the W½ Section 13, in T18N,

R31E.W.M.

That they propose to change the

place of use of G3-01205(B) to

222.5 acres within the W½ Section

13, AND 122.5 acres within

the SE¼ Section 14, all in T18N,

R31E.W.M.

All within Adams County, Washington.
