TAKE NOTICE:

That Paul Wollman, WHB Trust

of Warden, WA on June 7, 2023,

filed Water Right Application

No. CG3-01415C, to change

groundwater, certificate G3-

01415 with certificate of change

G3-CV1-3P231 with a priority

date of June 23, 1967. Certificated

quantities are for 2200

gallons per minute, 1574-acre

feet per year, from March 1 to

November 1, each year, for

the irrigation of 787 acres. The

WHB Trust proposes to transfer

a portion ofthe water right

{354.4 gpm,

247.12 AF/yr, 105.93 acres) to a

new place of use. The balance

of the right will remain at the

existing place of use.

Change point(s) of withdrawal:

The certificated point(s) of withdrawal

are located within the

NW¼NE¼ of Section 19, and

SW¼ of Section 18 both within

T. 20 N., R. 33 E.W.M., Adams

County. The proposed point of

withdrawal is located within the

NE¼ of Section 28, T. 18 N.,

R. 31 E.W.M., within Adams

County.

Change place of use: The certificated

place of use is located

within All of Section 19 and

the SW¼ of Section 18; LESS

railroad right of way T. 20 N., R.

33 E.W.M., Less roads within

Adams County. The proposed

place of use (105.93 acres) is

located within the NE¼ of Section

28,

T., 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., within

Adams County.
