Man, woman booked into jail
Deputies investigating a burglary-in-progress found a stolen vehicle being used by the suspects.
RITZVILLE - Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary on Seidl Road.
Jhea Daniel D. Whitney, 38, of Moses Lake, was arrested Sunday, Jan. 11, in Moses Lake. And Janis M. Rountree, 47, of Lind, was arrested Jan. 9.
According to the Adams County Sheriff's Office, the arrests stem from a reported burglary-in-progress at 4:19 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 9. Deputies were
dispatched to the call and observed a "suspect removing items from a large shop."
Deputies identified that suspect as Rountree, who was taken into custody on charges of second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools...
