RITZVILLE — Adams County department directors received a wake-up call from Prosecuting Attorney Randy Flyckt during a budget hearing Dec. 17.
The conversation began when County Commissioner Mike Garza requested “some education” from those attending, citing his promise to voters to be “fiscally responsible.”
He appeared uneasy by the unpredictable traps, and expenses, that can spring, putting a balanced county budget out on a limb.
