PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Ted Tschirky of Pasco, WA on June 26, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-01001C@1 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01001C.

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01001C authorizes the withdrawal of 1250 gallons per minute, 582.5 acre-feet per year, from March 1 to November 30, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 250 acres.

That the currently authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the NE¼NE¼ of Section 22, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

That the currently authorized place of use is within the NE¼, SE¼ and SW¼ of Section 22 and the E½SE¼ of Section 21; lying Northeasterly of US 395; All in T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

That Mr. Tschirky proposes to change the place of use of Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01001C to 250 acres within the W½ of Section 30, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, Washington.
