Crews respond to grain fire

TOKIO — Crews responded to a fire at the grain terminal at the intersection of East Danekas and Sage Roads on Dec. 3.

According to dispatch records, crews responded to a fire call at the grain terminal at 7:30 a.m.

Adams County Fire District No. 1 Chief Scott Kembel reported three tankers, three brush trucks, a ladder truck and a crew of 12 responded. They remained on-scene until about 4 p.m.
