AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES AND AMENDING SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE 19-04, ORDINANCE 18-03 and ORDINANCE 21-04.

Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Lind, Adams County, Washington, as follows, to-wit:

Section One: That Section One (1) of Ordinance 21-04 of the Town of Lind hereby be amended to read as follows:
