APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-00881C(B)@1 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-00881C(B).

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-00881C(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 14.3 gallons per minute, 23.75 acre-feet per year, each year, from February 1 to November 30, for the seasonal irrigation of 13 acres.

That the currently authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located in Gov’t. Lot 1 within Section 2, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That the currently authorized place of use is 13 acres within the NE¼ of Section 2, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

That Mr. Bowser proposes to change the place of use of Groundwater Certificate No. G3-00881C(B) to 13 acres within the SE¼ of Section 7, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, Washington.

Protests to this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections. Protests must be accompanied with a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable recording fee.
