APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT

TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-GWC5851C@2 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. 5851-A.

That Groundwater Certificate No. 5851-A authorizes the withdrawal of 400 gallons per minute, 160 acre-feet per year, each year, from April 1 to October 31, for the seasonal irrigation of 40 acres.

That the currently authorized points of withdrawal are from three wells located as follows: Well 1) NW¼SW¼ of Sec. 16, Well 2) NE¼NW¼ of Section 20, and Well 3) SE¼NE¼ of Section 19, all in T. 17 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That the currently authorized place of use is 40 acres within the NE¼SE¼ of Section 19, lying north of the county road, T. 17 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That Mr. Bowser proposes to change the place of use of Groundwater Certificate No. 5851-A to 40 acres within the SW¼ of Section 18, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, Washington.

Protests to this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for the objections. Protests must be accompanied with a fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable recording fee.
