PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE A WATER RIGHT TAKE NOTICE:

That Titus Bowser, of Othello, WA, on June 11, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-01213C@3 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01213C.

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01213C authorizes the withdrawal of 600 gallons per minute, 150 acre-feet per year, each year, from March 1 to October 31, for the seasonal irrigation of 60 acres.

That the currently authorized points of withdrawal are from three wells located as follows: Well 1) NW¼SW¼ of Sec. 16, Well 2) NE¼NW¼ of Section 20, and Well 3) SE¼NE¼ of Section 19, all in T. 17 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That the currently authorized place of use is 60 acres within the S½NE¼ and N½SE¼ of Section 19, also the SW¼NW¼ and NW¼SW¼ of Section 20, all in T. 17 N., R. 33 E.W.M .; all being south of the John Wayne Pioneer Trail and north of the Lind Hatton Road.

That Mr. Bowser proposes to change the place of use of Groundwater Certificate No. G3-01213C to 60 acres within the SW¼ of Section 18, T. 15 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, Washington.
