SEWER MAIN CLEANING AND TV INSPECTION PROJECT
General Notice
The City of Ritzville (Owner) is requesting Bids for the Sewer Main Cleaning and TV Inspection Project. Bids for the Project will be received by the Owner via online submission only, until 1:00PM,
December 19, 2024, local time. Bids will be opened and read aloud virtually via the following link:

A bid summary will be issued after the opening, emailed to all bidders and posted on the Varela website.
The Project includes cleaning and TV inspection of portions of the City of Ritzville’s gravity sewer collection system. Major elements of work generally include: Cleaning and internal CCTV inspection of approximately 11,150 LF of 4” -10” wastewater pipeline, root removal, sanitary sewer bypass pumping.

To Bid the project, Bidder shall download a full set of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS from http://www.varelaplanroom.com under “Public Jobs” and shall be on the Plan Holders List. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Varela Plan Room website and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents.

The project is being funded through the Washington State Department of Ecology. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing federal or state wage rates.
