HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 202 of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

Grant of Franchise to Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC

to construct, operate, and maintain new telecommunication facilities upon, under, over, across, and along the rights-of-ways of the county roads of Adams County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

The telecommunication facilities will be constructed across and/or along the following County roads.:

• Hills Road in Sections 2,3,10,11,14,15,22,23,26,27,34, and 35, T 20 N, R 36 EWM and Sections 2,3,10,11,14,15,22, and 23, T 19 N, R 36 EWM

• Wellsandt Road in Section 19 thru 23, T 19N, R 36 EWM.

• Benzel Road in Sections 19 and 20, T 19 N, R 36 EWM.

• Weber Road in Sections 19,24,25, and 30, T 19 N, R 36 EWM.

None of the roadways over which this franchise is requested are located within the limits of any incorporated city or town.

This is a twenty-five (25) year franchise.
