HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:45 p.m. in Room 202 of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

Grant of Franchise to Saddle Mountain Water Association, Inc

to construct, operate, and maintain existing water facilities upon, under, over, across, and along the rights-of-ways of the county roads of Adams County, Washington, more particularly described as follows:

The water facilities are across and/or along the following County roads.:

• Bench Road: Sections 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, & 17, Township 15 N., Range 28 EWM.

• O’Brien Road: Sections 9, 10, 15, & 16, Township 15 N., Range 28 EWM.

• Schaake Road: Section 14, Township 15 N., Range 28 EWM.

• Kuhn Road: Sections 7, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, & 23, Township 15 N., Range 28 EWM.

None of the roadways over which this franchise is requested are located within the limits

of any incorporated city or town.

This is a twenty-five (25) year franchise.
