NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) SUPERSEDING GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That John Hyer of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of water right in order to change a portion of the place of use and add/change the points of withdrawal as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-00214.

That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. Adjudicated G3-00214 authorizes the withdrawal of 700 gallons per minute, 665.25-acre feet per year, from February 1 to October 31, each year, for the agricultural irrigation of 266.1 acres and 2-acre feet per year, continuously, each year, for domestic supply.

That authorized point of withdrawal is from a well within the NW¼NE¼ of Section 6, T. 17 N., R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is 266.1 acres in the Section 1, T. 17 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That he proposes to change the point of withdrawal to three wells located within the 1) NW¼SE¼ of Section 32, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M., and 2) NE¼NE¼ and 3) NW¼NE¼ of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County, WA.

That he proposes to change the place of use to: NW¼ of the NW¼; NE¼ of the NW¼ and NW¼ of the NE¼ all within Section 8, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M and the SE¼ of Section 14, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M. and the N½ of the NE¼ and N½ of the SW¼ of Section 5, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. and the S½ of the SE¼ of Section 9, T. 19 N.,

R. 30 E.W.M., all within Grant County, Washington.
