Sept. 15

9:48 a.m. – Hit-and-run crash in the 700 block of South Sunset Acres Road, Othello

2:10 p.m. – Juvenile girl was in a house in the 2300 block of West Sherman Road, Othello, while owner was absent.

3:54 p.m. — Noise complaint; location not reported.

5:26 p.m. — Suspicious 911 call in the 800 block of South Highway 24, Othello.

5:33 p.m. — Assist Franklin County law enforcement in the 9000 block of Sagehill Road, Basin City.

7:13 p.m. — Significant other took a vehicle from the 2200 block of West Rainier Road, Othello, and did not return.

7:37 p.m. — Possible drunken driver in the 600 block of South Wagon Road, Othello.

9:29 p.m. — Significant other returned vehicle they previously had not returned in the 2200 block of West Rainier Road, Othello.

7:48 a.m. — Theft in progress on U.S. Highway 395, near Milepost 71, Lind.

1:19 p.m. — Truck with wide load without signage headed toward Grant County.

6:30 a.m. — Crash on West State Highway 24, near Milepost 74, Othello.

11:37 a.m. — Dog on the roof of a residence in the 200 block of West Seventh Street, Lind.

12:05 p.m. — Assist resident with husband with Alzheimer’s disease in the 800 block of South Taylor Road, Othello.

1:51 p.m. — Civil dispute in the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road, Othello.

11:08 p.m. — Gang-related activities in the 2200 block of West Kenfield Lane, Othello.

RITZVILLE – The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reported the following individuals in custody from Sept. 22-30:

Sept. 30

Justin Favaro, 23, two warrants, first-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief. Released — Franklin County declined transport.

Jordan Blaak, 26, first-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

David Fernandes, 54, warrant. Bail posted.

Sept. 27

Gerardo DelaCruz, 54, assault-domestic violence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

Oscar Reyes-Torezon, 45, distribution of cannabis to persons under 18, distribution of methamphetamine to persons under 18, furnishing liquor to minors and possession of a controlled substance. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

Sept. 26

Sergio Trinidad-Garcia, 25, felony harassment. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Jovenal Faustine-Pineda, 29, second-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree trespassing, three counts of vehicle prowl and possession of a controlled substance. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Sept. 23

Artem Miroshnichenko, 33, arrested for residential burglary-domestic violence and violation of a domestic violence court order. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Dustin Murray, 38, arrested for second-degree assault-domestic violence. Taken to East Adams Rural Health for medical clearance before being transported to jail.

Sept. 22

Ingrid Redding, 47, arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Gabriel Robles-Cortes, 32, arrested for physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

Christopher Guzman, 32 arrested for fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

Jennifer Welch, 43, arrested for second-degree theft. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Damian Garza, 19, arrested for attempting to elude and felony harassment.

Fernando Duran, 18, arrested for attempting to elude and felony harassment.
