Vladislav Soudakov, 77, arrested for second-degree assault. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Sept. 11

David Franklin, 42, arrested on an outstanding a warrant, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, five counts of second-degree theft, second-degree malicious mischief and possession of a controlled substance. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.
