8:05 a.m. – Report of suspicious activity but no crimes found on the 100 block of West Second St, Lind.

10:44 a.m. – Welfare check and a courtesy ride given to Ritzville.

12:11 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 100 block of Galbreath Way, Ritzville.

12:20 p.m. – Suspicious activity but no criminal activity found on the 1600 block of North Marcellus Road, Ritzville.

1:04 p.m. – No sign of trespassing or criminal activity on the 900 block of Benge-Washtucna Road, Washtucna.

5:53 p.m. – Information given regarding a boat and trailer on the East side of the Cunningham Road and Highway 396 intersection, Ritzville.

7:32 p.m. – Threatening call on the 1800 block of North Batum Road, Odessa.

7:33 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 600 block of South Thacker Road, Odessa.

12:57 a.m. – Suspicious call on the 100 block of South Highway 24, Othello.

No time given, Report of a spouse locking out their partner on the 800 block of South Meadowlark lane, Othello.

8:41 a.m. – Suspicious 911 call on the 2200 block of West Rainier Road, Othello.

2:36 p.m. – Possible traffic accident in the area of North Marcellus Road and East Griffith Road, Ritzville.

5:32 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 2800 block of West Bench View Lane, Othello.

5:40 p.m. – Traffic hazard in the area of West McManamon Road and South Morgan Lake Road, Novara.

7:11 p.m. – Ritzville police needed for a domestic violence call on the 600 block of West First St, Ritzville.

Aug. 12

12:54 a.m. – Report of a burglary in progress when officers investigated no one was found but their was a similar call at the residence and there was a possibility the subject was suffering from a mental illness and was no longer taking their medication. Once again another call about seeing people outside the subjects house but no one was found and unsuccessful attempts were made to contact the subjects care taker and family, it was found that the subject had called 911 24 times on the 400 block of East Presnel Road, Lind.

11:44 a.m. – Welfare check for the subject who had called earlier that day and was voluntarily transported to East Adams Rural Hospital from the 400 block of East presnel Road, Lind.

6:55 p.m. – One vehicle roll over in the area of West Lind-Warden road and North Deal Road, Warden.

8:23 p.m. – Suspicious abandoned vehicle in the area of South Booker Road and West lee Road, Bruce.

8:31 p.m. – Suspicious call on the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road, Ritzville.

9:25 p.m. – Report of help needed for their sons mental health and he was attempting to break into their home on the 2500 block of West Yeisley Road, Othello.

Aug. 13

2:39 a.m. – Suspicious call on the 600 block of North Sst, Lind.

4:53 a.m. – Report of hearing someone in the Rp's residence on the 2200 block of West Highway 26, Othello.

10:58 a.m. – Animal Problem on the 2300 block of West Coney Road, Othello.

1:14 p.m. – Civil matter on the 500 block of South Lind Hatton Road, Lind.

2:00 p.m. – Needed help for petitioning a no contact order, no location given.

3:17 p.m. – Needed help finding an individual in the area of the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road, Ritzville.

7:57 p.m. – Report of a dog not on their leash on the 700 block of South Hillcrest Road, Othello.

10:32 a.m. – Report of an individual feeling like they're being followed by an unknown subject at the Othello Station.

2:37 p.m. – Report of someone following the Rp on the 800 block of South Highway 24, Othello.

2:40 p.m. – Report of the Rp receiving span messages on the 100 block of West Third St, Lind.

3:01 p.m. – Report of a vehicle parked in a suspicious area on the 700 block of South Steele Road, Othello.

6:36 p.m. – Agency assist regarding a minor collision in a parkling lot located on the 100 block of Galbreath Way, Ritzville.

8:16 p.m. – Civil matter on the 2200 block of West Rainier Road, Othello.

8:30 p.m. – Civil matter regarding a dog on the 2100 block of West Bench Road, Othello.

Aug. 15

2:51 p.m. – Falsa alarm on the 800 block of South Meadowlark Lane, Ritzville.

7:04 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 2200 block of West Barbara Road, Othello.

7:36 p.m. – Report of a missing phone and was later given back to owner from the 1700 block of West Bench Road, Othello.

8:55 p.m. – Report of a loose and barking dog the neighbors threatened to shoot it if they didn't control their animal in the 600 block of South Thacker Road, Othello.

11:02 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 300 block of South Reynolds Road, Othello.

Aug. 16

3:03 p.m. – Two vehicle collision in the area of West McManamon Road and Morgan Lake Road, Novara.

4:50 p.m. – Agency assist regarding arresting an individual on the 100 block of North Railroad Avenue, Othello.

7:10 p.m. – Request for assistance on the 800 block of South Taylor Road, Othello.

11:02 p.m. – Child called 911 asking for help and when deputies arrived no harm or crime was evident on the 600 block of South Drury Lane, Othello.

11:51 p.m. – No signs if crime on a unsecure perimeter call on the 100 block of West Lind-Warren Road, Lind.

Aug. 17

5:19 p.m. – Alarm activated but no subjects found at the location on the 2100 block of West Bench Road, Othello.

9:53 p.m. – Possible subject regarding recent burglaries but upon investigation subject was declared not apart of the burglaries in the area of North Deal Road and West Rosenoff Road, Ritzville.

10:30 p.m. – Noise complaint on the 800 block of South Taylor St, Othello.

Aug. 18

3:02 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on the 800 block of South Reynolds Road, Othello.

10:22 a.m. – Citizen dispute on the 2800 block of West Bench View Lane, Othello.

5:51 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported without plates and wasn't sure if anyone was in the vehicle, no location given.

7:09 p.m. – Warrant service, no location given but is in Benton County.

8:19 p.m. – Report of an intoxicated person and was given a courtesy ride from the 2000 block on West Bench Road, Othello.

Jail Log

RITZVILLE – The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney's Office reported the following individuals in custody from Aug. 19-22:

Aug. 19

Franciso Perez-Vasquez, 51, was arrested for driving while under the influence and making a false statement to a public servant and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Tamara Montgomery, 49, was arrested for driving while under the influence and is held in the Benton County jail.

Marcos Lopez-Gonzalez, 27, was arrested for driving while under the influence and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

Dalmar Mohamed, 26, was arrested for physical control of a vehicle while under the influence, hit and run, unattended property and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Michael Carr, 54, was arrested for driving while under the influence and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Santos Calmo-Perez will be serving 51 days.

Aug 21

Ronald Fair, 72, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) and is held in the Franklin county jail.

Roy Love, 48, was arrested for one count of assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence), two counts of feloney harassment and is held in the Franklin county jail. .

Aug 22

Maynor Ordonez-Gomez, 22, was arrested with rape of a child in the second degree and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

Aug 23

Shayne Scott Kultgen, 43, was arrested for theft in the first degree and is held in the Benton county jail.
