RITZVILLE – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls for service from July 14-20:

July 14

1:31 a.m. – Agency assist on the 1400 block of East Main St.

10:25 a.m. – False alarm activated on the 1600 block of West Gillies Road.

4:16 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 300 block of East Second St.

5:26 p.m. – Animal problem in the area of West Schrag and North Batum Road

8:28 p.m. – Animal problem on the 600 block of South Kristina Road.

8:31 p.m. – Individual was passed out in their vehicle on the 2000 block of West bench Road.

11:23 p.m. – Report of subjects walking around their property, this information was known via security cameras, deputies were unable to locate the suspected subjects on the 2100 block of Moon Road.

July 15

9:26 a.m. – Abandoned vehicle reported on the 2200 block of West Highway 26.

11:29 a.m. – Report of a possible assault on a child, the subject was found and no signs of abuse was found on the 2000 block of North Durry Road.

11:41 a.m. – Dispatch of an aircraft needing to emergency land, the pilot was uninjured and the aircraft was removed from the area of North Marcellus Road and East Urquart Road.

1:23 p.m. – Traffic hazard on East I-90 West Bound and First Avenue.

5:39 p.m. – Agency assist on the 600 block of Susan Pl.

July 16

9:09 a.m. – Standby peace on the 200 block of South Third St.

11:25 a.m. – Suspicious 911 call on the 200 block of West Third St.

2:41 p.m. – Animal problem on the 2800 block of West Highway 26.

3:44 p.m. – Report of a suspicious male in the area with black messy hair, light blue shirt, and jeans riding a 4-wheeler in the area of the 100 block of West Seventh St.

4:42 p.m – Animal problem on the 100 block of North Batum Roam.

5:25 p.m. – Civil matter regarding a parked vehicle on private property on the 800 block of South Highway 24.

10:08 p.m. – Unwanted male on the property located on the 2100 block of West April St.

10:53 p.m. – Welfare check regarding a possible suicidal individual but deputies found no immediate need for law enforcement on the 2200 block of West Justin Pl.

July 17

11:19 a.m. – Documentation of an incident regarding marks on their doors and windows around their residence on the 1900 block of West Highway 26.

2:16 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 800 block of South Skylark Way.

3:12 p.m. – Traffic hazard in the area of East Danekas Road and North Sage Road.

5:41 p.m. – Agency assist on the 600 block of West Broadway St.

9:22 p.m. – Animal problem regarding loose horses in the area of 2200 block of West Cunningham Road.

July 18

4:45 a.m. – Agency assist near West Highway 26 near mile marker 54.

1:09 p.m. – Traffic hazard in the area of North Highway 261 and East Harder Road.

1:29 p.m. – Welfare check on the 1100 block of West Cunningham Road.

4:10 p.m. – Traffic hazard in the area of East Rosenoff Road and North Paha-Packard Road.

7:08 p.m. – Agency assist, need of a Spanish speaking translator on the 500 block of East Main St.

8:00 p.m. – Agency assist needed on the 2100 block of West Bench Road.

July 19

1:03 a.m. – Medical emergency on the 700 block of South Thacker Road.

6:10 a.m. – False alarm on the 1400 block of East Hiller Road.

9:54 a.m. – Agency assist with a collision at the intersection of West Highway 26 and South Sunset Acres Road.

1:06 p.m. – Welfare check in the area of North Paha-Packard Road and East I-90 West Bound.

3:38 p.m. – Welfare check on the 200 block of East Sixth St.

5:03 p.m. – Malicious mischief on the 500 block of West I-90 East Bound.

5:07 p.m. – Fire on the 200 block of South Damon Road.

7:38 p.m. – Agency assist on the 700 block of Spence Road.

9:42 p.m. – Citizen assist on the 700 block of South Thacker Road.

11:55 p.m. – Noise complaint on the 700 block of South McCann Lane.

July 20

1:43 a.m. – Agency assist from a traffic stop on I-90 Eastbound.

3:10 a.m. – False alarm on the 700 block of South Skylark Way.

10:01 a.m. – Citizen assist regarding fraud, location unknown.

4:51 p.m. – Medical escort of a female to the hospital on West Highway 26 and West Mused Road.

5:32 p.m. – Information call regarding the callers sons whereabouts in Yakima and advised them of his sons “3” warrants and was off of narcotics, location unknown.

6:01 p.m. – Welfare check, no issues were found on the 100 block of East Road St.

10:52 p.m. – Noise complaint on the 2200 block of West Barbra Road.

11:33 p.m. – Noise complaint on the 600 block of South Kristina Road.

RITZVILLE – The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reported the following individuals in custody for July 22:

July 22

Amin Amado, 25, was arrested for ODC warrants and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

Gerardo Meja-Apolinar, 24, was arrested for burglary in the second degree and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Amin Amado, 25, was arrested for burglary in the second degree and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

Sara Meader, 36, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Brian Packer, 36, was arrested for assault in the third degree, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, weapons capable of producing bodily harm and unlawful carry or handling, held in the Benton County Jail.

Caudio Aguirre-Vazquez, 50, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Miguel Carmona, 41, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence order of protection held in the Benton County Jail.

Antonio Vargas, 42, was arrested for vehicle prowl in the first degree, attempted residential burglary, and attempted vehicle prowl in the first degree, held in the Benton County Jail.
