Ritzville – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls for service from June 30-July 6:

June 30

4:02 p.m. - Traffic accident in the area of West Providence Road and South Johnson Road.

4:47 p.m. - Citizen assist on the 300 block of South Reynolds Road.

5:13 p.m. - Report of a suspicious vehicle on the 2300 block of North Bob Lee Road.

6:02 p.m. – Violation of a court order on the 100 block of East Third St.

6:39 p.m. - Report of suspicious activity on South Main St, Washtucna.

7:25 p.m. - Agency assist regarding storage units on the 1200 block of West First Avenue.

9:45 p.m. – Report of an unknown subject inside the complainants residence, when deputies arrived the complainants and another subjects at the residence weren’t cooperative and deputies declared nobody in distress on the 200 block of West bench Road.

10:50 p.m. – False alarm on the 800 block of South Crestline Road.

11:53 p.m. – Report of somebody in distress but upon arrival nobody was found in distress on the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road.

July 1

7:30 a.m. – False alarm on the 600 block of South Diana Lane.

9:19 a.m. – Official lost property documentation for a lost passport missing approximately two weeks prior to reporting it on the 200 block of West bench Road.

5:14 p.m. – Report of a vehicle that had two license plates not belonging to the vehicle, the plates did not belong to any missing vehicle and were taken on the 200 block of West Bench Road.

July 2

10:49 a.m. – Complainants wanted to document a subject cutting approximately six feet of wire from their grain silos in the area of West Hatton Road and South Gearhart Road.

12:20 p.m. – Report of suspicious circumstances at the 1000 block of West Scharg Road.

12:48 p.m. – Single vehicle traffic collision in the area of West Rosenoff Road and South Kulm Road.

1:19 p.m. – Citizen assist on regarding permission on living situations on the 600 block of South Chalino Lane.

1:33 p.m. – Report of a possible domestic violence, the subject was fine and did not was assistance in the area of West Clearance St.

July 3

12:17 a.m. – Report of loud noise and banging in the area of the 2100 block of West Bench Road.

7:19 a.m. - Abandoned vehicle in the area of South Highway 24 and West Viola Lane.

8:02 am. - Citizen assist regarding the complainant’s son took their vehicle without permission on the 800 block of South Highway 24.

8:45 a.m. – Report of harassment but after investigation, no crime was determined on the 2200 block of West Rainer Road.

9:33 a.m. – Informational call on the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road.

9:40 a.m. – Report of a stolen vehicle on the 600 block of South Chalino Lane.

3:26 p.m. – Report of a subject threatening the complaints but upon investigation no crime was determined on the 2200 block of West Rainier Road.

11:27 p.m. – Fireworks reported on the 2100 block of West bench Road.

July 4

10:59 a.m. – Abandoned vehicle on the 600 block of South Sara lane.

July 5

12:11 a.m. – Fireworks on the 1100 block of South Athey Road.

6:57 a.m. – Report of suspicious circumstances on the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road.

3:46 p.m. – Citizen assist regarding a concern for a family members wellbeing on the 1600 block of West First Avenue.

5:32 p.m. – Agency assist for a possible DUI on the roadway of West Highway 24.

6:21 p.m. – Animal problem in the area of South Taylor Road and West Cunningham Road.

7:52 p.m. – Report of the sound of gunshots but deputies could not find signs of gunshots on the 600 block of South Kaylee Road.

July 6

2:50 a.m. – Agency assist regarding a patient escaping the East Adam Rural Hospital because stall did not secure the door and the subject was not located.

8:18 a.m. – Animal Problem on the 1600 block of West Lee Road.

3:57 p.m. – Two vehicle traffic collision in the area of South Booker Road and West Cunningham Road.

7:02 p.m. – Citizen Dispute on the 2200 block of West Rainier Road.

7:27 p.m. – Traffic accident, location unknown.

8:11 p.m. – Civil matter regarding obtaining their vehicle in Royal City.

11:48 p.m. – Noise complaint and report of a possible party on the 2200 block of West Bench Road.

Ritzville – The Adams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office reported the following individuals in custody from July 5-15:

July 5

Jesse Alcaraz, 21.was arrested for assault in the first degree and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

July 9

Charmel Smith, 49, was arrested for forgery and is held in the Benton County jail

July 12

Shaylean Allyson Griffith, 24, was arrested for burglary in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance and is held in the Benton County Jail

Christian Arthur Hancock, 36, was arrested for a superior warrant and is held in the Franklin County Jail.

Juan Moreno-Solis, 40, was arrested for driving while under the influence, operating a vehicle without a ignition lock, and improper lane usage, is held in the Benton County jail.

Dan Rami Nixon, 43, was arrested for theft in the first degree, resisting arrested in the second degree and counts of assault in the third degree, is held in the Franklin County Jail.

July 15

Dejesus Armando Ayala-Luis, 25, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Mary Charmain Halverson, 51, was arrested for assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Dale Nicholas Kuest, 28, was arrested for RDC warrant and is held in the Benton County Jail.

Sue Melissa Hegge, 38, was arrested for retail theft with special circumstances and is held in the Benton County Jail.
