NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER
TWO (2) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATES
TAKE NOTICE:
That Brian Baumann, Baumann Farm Inc. of Washtucna, WA, has made application for change/transfer of water right in order to add one point of withdrawal as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate Nos. G3-01543C and G3-01548C.
That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01543C authorizes the withdrawal of 1400 gallons per minute, 1867-acre feet per year, each year, form February 1 to November 30, for the agricultural irrigation of 910 acres.
That authorized point of withdrawal is from three wells located within Well 1) NW¼SW¼ of Section 21; Well 2) SW¼SW¼ of Section 32 and Well 3) NW¼NE¼ of Section 31, ALL within T. 16 N. R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
That the authorized place of use is 130 acres in the SE¼ of Section 20; 520 acres in Section 21; 130 acres in the SW¼ of Section 22; 130 acres in the N½ of Section 29, less the easterly 1800 feet; all within T. 16 N., R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01548C authorizes the withdrawal of 2000 gallons per minute, 2312.8-acre feet per year, each year, form February 1 to November 30, for the agricultural irrigation of 826 acres.
That authorized point of withdrawal is from three wells located within Well 1) NW¼SW¼ of Section 21; Well 2) SW¼SW¼ of Section 32 and Well 3) NW¼NE¼ of Section 31, ALL within T. 16 N. R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
That the authorized place of use is 390 acres in the W½ and SE¼ of Section 32, 436 acres in Section 31 except the NW¼NW¼ and SW¼SW¼ thereof, all within T. 16 N., R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
That they propose to add one point of withdrawal (well) located within the NW¼NW¼ of Section 32, T. 16 N., R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
All within Adams County, Washington.
Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from
