The estate of MICHAEL BARNES, heirs and devisees of MICHAEL BARNES; The estate of TAMARRA J. BASS, heirs and devisees of TAMARRA J. BASS; The estate of THELMA M. FREEMAN, heirs and devisees of THELMA M. FREEMAN; HAROLD L. KENNEDY, a single man, and LINDA N. GARCIA, a single woman, and ALLIANCE ONE RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT INC., as trustee; The estate of MINA KNOX, heirs and devisees of MINA KNOX, BENEFICIAL MORTGAGE, trustee, BANK OF AMERICA, a national banking association, and DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES, State of Washington Office of Financial Recovery; THE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST No. 20100701, and DOSA GROUP OF COMPANIES, INC., as trustee; and each and every lot, tract, parcel and portion of the hereinafter described lands and tenements and each and every person, firm or corporation, known or unknown, if any, having or claiming to have any lien, right, title, claim, interest, or estate of any kind or nature whatsoever, in or to the lands and tenements described in the application,

Public notice is given that pursuant to a Judgment of the Adams County Superior Court and an Order of Sale duly issued by that Court, entered on the 9th day of September, 2021 in proceedings for foreclosure of tax liens upon real property as per statute, I shall, on the 26th day of July, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., on the steps of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 West Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, sell the following described land or lots to the highest and best bidder for cash, to satisfy the full amount of taxes, interest, and costs adjudged due, to wit:

IMPORTANT: The property may be redeemed from foreclosure and sale of the property avoided by paying the delinquent taxes, interest, penalties and foreclosure costs prior to the day of the public auction. The right to redeem the property expires the day before the public auction; THERE IS NO RIGHT OF REDEMPTION ON THE DAY OF OR AFTER THE PUBLIC AUCTION.
