General Architectural Services - Facilities

Adams County solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in General Architectural Services – Facilities.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of performing general architectural services for various County owned facilities on an on-call basis. The major features of this work are as follows but not limited to:

• Budget level estimates

• As-built drawings

• Aid in equipment specifications and acquisition.

• Feasibility study/needs assessment

• Long range facility planning

• ADA compliance

• Grant preparation and submittals

• Minor scale, small project design

The contract term will be from August 1, 2024, to August 1, 2029.

SUBMITTAL

Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, address, telephone and E-Mail, Name of Principal-in-Charge, Project Managers, and actual Designers.

Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria.

1) Key personnel experience; 2) Firm and actual employees’ experience in work outlined with County Facilities above; 3) Familiarity with relevant codes and standards; 4) Past performance/references; 5) Familiarity with Adams County.
