NOTICE OF VARIANCE DECISION
Notice was given and a public hearing was held in front of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, as required by Ritzville City Code, variance chapter 11.195 for a setback variance application submitted by John and Kellie Kragt. The Planning Commission granted a variance to John and Kellie Kragt at 1008 S Palouse Street for an attached garage setback variance of 8 feet (code states street side setback is 15 feet) from the property line. This decision will become final ten (10) days after publication of notice on June 28th, unless an appeal is filed with the Adams County Superior Court before then.
