NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) SUPERSEDING GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Sean Jenks, Jenks Holding Company, LLC of Moses Lake, WA, has made application for change/transfer of a water right in order to add points of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 3369-A(A). That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 3369-A(A) authorizes the withdrawal of 360 gallons per

minute, 345 acre-feet per year, from February 1 to November 30, each year for the agricultural irrigation of 115 acres.

That the authorized points of withdrawal are from two wells located within the S½NW¼ of Section 20, T. 17N., R. 35 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That the authorized place of use is 115 acres within the 2 pivots located in the S¾ of the NW¼ of Section 20 and the S½NE¼ and N½SE¼ of Section 19, T. 17 N., R. 35 E.W.M. lying north of the Lind Ralston Road, Adams County, WA.

That they propose to add twenty wells located within the W½W½ of Section 8, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County, WA.

That they propose to change a portion of the place of use to non-agricultural irrigation of 20 one-acre lots within the SW¼NW¼ and the W½SW¼ of Section 8, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County, WA except that Plat of Sage Meadows Phase 1, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 19, Page 46 records of Grant County, WA. All within Adams and Grant Counties, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from June 19, 2024
