PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

THAT the Board of Adams

County Commissioners will hold

a public hearing on Tuesday,

June 11, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in

Room 202 of the Adams County

Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway,

Ritzville, Washington, for the

purpose of receiving public comment

on the following:

Grant of Franchise to Adams

County Public Works

to construct, operate, and maintain

a new county owned fiber

optic communication transmission,

distribution lines, and facilities

upon, under, over, across,

and along the rights-of-ways

of the county roads of Adams

County, Washington, more particularly

described as follows:

The fiber optic transmission and

distribution lines and its associated

facilities will be constructed

across and/or along the following

County roads.:

• Heineman Rd in Sections 29,

30, 31 and 32, T 19 N, R 34

EWM.

• Wahl Road in Section 31, T 19

N, R 34 EWM, Section 36, T 19

N, R 33 EWM, Sections 1 T 18

N, R 33 EWM, and Sections 6

and 7, T 18 N, R 34 EWM.

• Urquhart Rd Sections 1 and 12,

T 18 N, R 33 EWM

• Neilson Road in Sections 11,

12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35

and 36, T 18 N, R 33 EWM, and

Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12, T 17 N,

R 33 EWM.

None of the roadways over

which this franchise is requested

is located within the limits of any

incorporated city or town.

This is a twenty-five (25) year

franchise.
