Float unveiled

The Miss Ritzville float was unveiled Thursday night downtown, just two days before its appearance in the Torchlight Parade in

downtown Spokane. The parade was delayed by a shooting on the parade route, but the shooting did not include any parade participants. The float took first place in judging in Spokane.
