NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS
FOR SUPPLY OF FIBER
OPTIC CO LOCATION
BUILDING
Notice is hereby given by the
Board of Adams County Commissioners
that sealed bids will
be received at their office in the
Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway,
Ritzville, Washington, 99169
until 1:30 p.m., Tuesday,
May 28, 2024, at which time
and place they will be publicly
opened and read for purchase
and delivery of the following:
Supply of Fiber Optic Co Location
Building, for the Adams
County, Washington State
Broadband Office Project. This,
being a fiber broadband communication
infrastructure project,
consists of a fiber to the
premise construction. The project
is County wide, with work being
done in the City of Ritzville,
Town of Lind, City of Othello,
and its surrounding area.
Specifications and bid proposal
forms are available at the Adams
County Public Works Department
office, 210 W. Alder,
Ritzville, Washington, 99169.

Bids must be on the forms provided
by the Public Works Department
office and be attached
to the County specifications.
Bidders shall submit their bid
in sealed envelope addressed
to the Adams County Board
of Commissioners, 210 W.
Broadway, Ritzville, Washington
99169. Sealed bids are to
be plainly marked “SEALED
BID - Fiber Optic Co Location
Building”.
The Board of Adams County
Commissioners reserves the
right to reject any or all bids, to
waive informalities or irregularities
in the bids or in the bidding,
if the best interest of Adams
County will be served, or to
accept the bid, which in their
opinion serves the best interest
of Adams County.
1) Submittals should include and
will be evaluated and ranked
based on the following criteria:
1) Product specifications as
noted
2) Price
3) Lead time (preferred delivery
on or before October 31, 2024
5) Domestic manufacturer of
product**
This project is funded through
the Washington State Broadband
Office with federal funds
from the U.S. Treasury ARPA

CORONAVIRUS STATE AND
LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY
FUNDS AND Capital Project
Funds.
