this summons, to wit, within sixty
days after the 17th day of April,
2024, and defend the above entitled
action in the above entitled
court, and answer the complaint
of the Plaintiff, AVAIL 1 LLC,
and serve a copy of your answer
upon the undersigned attorneys
for Plaintiff, LOGS Legal Group
LLP, their office below stated;
and in case of your failure so to
do, judgment will be rendered
against you according to the
demand of the complaint, which
has been filed with the clerk of
said court.
The object of the complaint is to
foreclose a deed of trust dated
January 6, 1999 and recorded as
Instrument No. 251666 given by
Milton Eidahl and Donna Eidahl,
husband and wife on property
commonly known as 2262 W.
Shelly Road, Othello, WA 99344
and legally described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7, SUMMERSET
WEST FIRST ADDITION,
ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD
IN THE OFFICE OF
THE AUDITOR OF ADAMS
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
INCLUDING 1979 28X67 SAHARA
MANUFACTURED HOME
The complaint seeks to foreclose
and terminate all interest of
Unknown Heirs & Devisees of
Milton Eidahl and Unknown Heirs
& Devisees of Donna Eidahl, aka
Donna C. Eidahl aka Donna Clair
Eidahl and all other interests in
the property.
If you are in the active military
