That Washington State Department

of Transportation of Olympia.,

WA, has made application

for change/transfer of water right

in order to change the point of

withdrawal as granted under

Ground Water Certificate of

Change No. G3-CV2-3P7.

That G3-CV2-3P7 authorizes

the withdrawal of 75 gallons per

minute, 24-acre feet per year

from February 1 to November

30, each year for the irrigation

of 6 acres, and 12-acre feet per

year, continuously, for group

domestic supply for rest area

facilities. That authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well located

within the SE¼ SE¼ of Section

35, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M. That

the authorized place of use is

located within the S½ of Section

31, T. 19 N., R. 32 E.W.M. and

the N ½ of Section 6, T. 18 N., R.

32 E.W.M, Adams County, WA.

That they propose to change the

point of withdrawal to the SE¼

SW¼ of Section 31, T. 19 N., R.

32 E.W.M.

All within Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must include

a detailed statement of the basis

for objections; protests must be

accompanied by a fifty-($50.00)

dollar recording fee and filed with

the Department of Ecology, at

the address shown below, within

thirty (30) days from April 10
