PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION
TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS
TAKE NOTICE:
That Branden Rader and Tiffany Jo Spencer of Ritzville, WA on February 13, 2024, under Water Right Application No. G3-30978, filed for a permit to appropriate public groundwater, subject to existing rights, from a well for seasonal use in the amount of 300 gallons per minute (gpm) for irrigation of 225 acres.
The source of the proposed appropriation
is located within the SE¼ of the NE¼ of Section 18,
T., 18 N., R. 38 E.W.M., within Adams County, WA. The proposed
place of use is located within Section 17; less that portion of the N½NW¼ laying northerly of the Ritzville Macall Road, now Harder Road; and less S½SE¼; and that part of the NE¼ of Section 18; lying southerly
of Ritzville Macall Road, now Harder Road; All in T. 18 N., R. 38 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.
