That Kagele Acres, Inc., has made application for SEASONAL change/transfer of water right in order to add a point of withdrawal and change a portion of the place of use as granted under Superseding

Ground Water Certificate No. 5949-A(B).

That Superseding Ground Water Certificate No. 5949-A(B) authorizes

the withdrawal of 300 gallons per minute, 360 acre-feet per year, from February 1 to November 30, each year for the irrigation of 240 a...
