SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE

24-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

THE PORTION OF THE

LANGUAGE OF ORDINANCE

21-07 WHICH PERTAIN TO

SERVICE RATES OF WATER

WITHDRAWN FROM HYDRANTS

AND STANDPIPES;

AND THE AMENDING OF A

PORTION OF SECTION ONE

OF ORDINANCE 19-01 WHICH

PERTAINS TO SECTION 1.1.2

TABLE B OF ORDINANCE 15-

03 AND ORDINANCE 03-04 AS

IT PERTAINS TO MONTHLY

WATER ALLOWANCE AND

SERVICE RATES.

Beginning February 1, 2024,

Ordinance 24-01 shall be in full

force and in effect from and after

its passage at January 9, 2024

Lind Town Council meeting and

directed to be published as required

by law.

Section One: For withdrawal

from hydrants or standpipes:

$50.00 for the first 135 c.f. (1,000

gallons) and $2.00 per 100 gallons

thereafter.
