ONE (1) GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Michele Kiesz of Patty

Kagele Farms Inc. of Ritzville,

WA, has made application for

change/transfer of water right

in order to change a portion of

the place of use and add points

of withdrawal as granted under

Ground Water Certificate No

G3-01228C with certificate of

change CV1-3P276.

That G3-01228C with certificate

of change CV1-3P276 authorizes

the withdrawal of 1200 gallons

per minute, 1129-acre feet

per year, from April 1 to October

31, each year, for the irrigation

of 480 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal

is from two wells located

within the 1) N½ of Section 4 and

2) SE¼NW¼ of Section 3, both

within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

Adams County, WA.

That the authorized place of use

is located within the north 660

feet of the Section 4, the south

660 feet of the N½ of Section 4,

and the S½ of Section 4; ALL in

T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams

County, WA.

That they propose to change the

point of withdrawal to one well

located within the NW¼NE¼ of

Section 1, within T. 19 N. R. 29

E.W.M., Grant County, WA. The

two original wells will be retained

with the original place of use.

That they propose to change a

portion of the place of use to the

N½ and N½ of S½ of Section

1, and NE¼ and E½ of SE¼ of

Section 2, T. 19 N., R. 29 E.W.M.,

Grant County, WA. They propose

to retain a portion in the original

place of use.

All within Adams and Grant

County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a

fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee

and filed with the Department of

Ecology, at the address shown

below, within thirty (30) days from

January 17, 2024.
