Plaintiff’s claim is stated in the
written Complaint, a copy of
which is on file at the Adams
County Courthouse. You must

“appear” you must file with the

or “answer.” The “motion”
or “answer” must be given to

foreclose a deed of trust dated
January 6, 1999 and recorded as
Instrument No. 251666 given by
Milton Eidahl and Donna Eidahl,
husband and wife on property
commonly known as 2262 W.
Shelly Road, Othello, WA 99344
and legally described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7, SUMMERSET
WEST FIRST ADDITION,
ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD
IN THE OFFICE OF
THE AUDITOR OF ADAMS
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
INCLUDING 1979 28X67 SAHARA
MANUFACTURED HOME
The complaint seeks to foreclose
and terminate all interest of
Unknown Heirs & Devisees of
Milton Eidahl and Unknown Heirs
& Devisees of Donna Eidahl, aka
Donna C. Eidahl aka Donna Clair
Eidahl and all other interests in
the property.
The “motion” or “answer” (or “reply”)
must be given to the court
clerk or administrator within 30
days of the date of first publication
specified herein along with
the required filing fee. The date
of first publication of the summons
is December 27, 2023.
