That Stahl Hutterian Brethren

of Ritzville, WA, has made application

for change/transfer of

water right in order to add a point

of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate Nos.

5660-A, G3-01330, G3-22503

and G3-25630.

That 5660-A authorizes the

withdrawal of 1,550 gallons per

minute, 1920 acre-feet per year,

for the irrigation of 690 acres.

That authorized point of withdrawal

is from a well within E

½ SE ¼ SE ¼ of Section 17, T.

19N., R. 33 E. W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is S ½ SW ¼ Section 5, NW ¼

and S ½ of Section 8; W ½ SW

¼, Section 9; SE ¼, Section

That G3-01330 authorizes the

withdrawal of 1,000 gallons

per minute, 1,207 acre-feet per

year, during irrigation season,

each year, for the irrigation of

480 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

SW ¼ SE ¼ of Section 8, T. 19

N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is within T. 19 N., R. 33; SE ¼

of Section 8; W ½ SW ¼ of Section

9; E ½ SW ¼ of Section 16;

and the east 200 feet of the NE

¼ of Section 17, LESS the east

withdrawal of 3,000 gallons per

minute, 2,800 acre-feet per year,

during the irrigation season,

each year, for the irrigation of

1,200 acres.

That the authorized place of use

is within T. 19 N., R. 33; NE ¼

of Section 17 and the NW ¼ of

That G3-25630 authorizes the

withdrawal of 1000 gallons per

minute, 600 acre-feet per year,

from April 1 to October 31,

each year, for the irrigation of

240 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

the SE ¼ SW ¼ SE ¼ of Section

8, T. 19 N., R. 33 E. W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is within the NW ¼ of Section 8,

T. 19 N., R. 33 E.W.M. W ½ SW

¼ of Section 16, T. 19 N., R. 33

E. W.M.

That they propose to add a well

in the SW ½ NW ¼ of Section

10, T. 19 N. R. 33 E. W. M. to

integrate the system with the

three existing wells.

Certificate 5660-A proposed to

change a portion of the place of

use and moves 65 acres to the

E ½ SW ¼ of Section 9, T. 19 N.

R. 33 E.W. M.

All within Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a fifty

($50.00) dollars recording fee

and filed with the Department of

Ecology, at the address shown

below, within thirty (30) days

from December 27, 2023.
