PLAT

The City of Ritzville has published

the following administrative

determination for a short

plat changing one parcel with

multiple lots to two parcels with

one lot each.

Street, Ritzville, WA 99169.

Comprehensive Plan: Short

plat will remain in the Single

Family Residential zone.

Review Authority: Pursuant

to the Ritzville Municipal Code,

Type I Administrative Review,

the administrator may approve,

approve with conditions, or deny

Type I applications, subject to

the notice and appeal requirements

of RMC 11.245.070.

Notice of Appeal: Pursuant

to RMC 11.255, the action is

final unless an appeal is filed

by December 30, 2023. The

notice of appeal to Ritzville City

Council shall contain a concise

statement identifying the decision

being appealed, the name

and address of the appellant,

the specific reasons for the appeal

(the appellant shall bear

the burden of proving why the

decision is inappropriate), and

the desired outcome or changes

to the decision. The fee for filing

an appeal is $110. Affected

property owners may request a

change in valuation for property

tax purposes notwithstanding

any program of revaluation.

During this period the notice of

appeal may be submitted to the

Clerk-Treasurer. The file may

be examined by appointment

between the hours of 8:00am

and 5:00pm, Monday through

Friday (except holidays) at

Ritzville City Hall, 216 E. Main,

Ritzville, Washington. For additional
