Sheriff’s Log
Ritzville – The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls for service from Nov. 26 - Dec. 6:
Nov. 26
6:55 a.m. – Report of a traffic collision, after Deputies arrived they learned the car had mechanical issues leading it to roll backwards into a ditch, block of 2100 West Cunningham Road.
1:22 p.m. – Reports of a suspicious vehicle parked outside the callers household, once Deputies arrived they were able to get the driver to remove their vehicle, block of 200 West third Street.
2:00 p.m. – Response for a citizen assist, the caller reported their vehicle had been stolen in a different state and was advised to report it in the proper jurisdiction, block of 2000 West Horacio Lane.
2:42 p.m. – Reports of a person rolling on the ground near a vehicle, Deputies were unable to find the subject upon arrival, Milepost 209 on Interstate 90.
3:09 p.m. – Response to reports of a single car collision in the block of 2300 West Mcmanamon Road.
5:06 p.m. – Reports of a blue pickup truck going off the road way and seemed to be impaired but once Deputies arrived the driver was nowhere to be found, in the block of 2200 West Cunningham Road.
Nov. 27
9:10 a.m. - Reports of a neighbor contacting animal rescue for their dog, in the block of 2400 West Bench Road.
12:08 p.m. - Deputies were advised of an animal problem but when arrived saw the dog was healthy, fed and watered, in the block of 800 South Taylor Road.
12:41 p.m. – Deputies received a call about fraud and the caller explaining someone in Mesquite Texas was using company name and money, the caller was advised to report this to the Mesquite police, in the block of South Palmas Lane.
1:13 p.m. – Reports of a civil issue and were advised to take it to the court system, in the block of 700 South El Rancho Lane.
1:52 p.m. – Reports of an abandoned vehicle but was sorted out upon arrival in the block of 100 South Barton Road.
3:03 p.m. – Caller reported two individuals coming to their house and asking questions about the house but was advised that the individuals were doing their job making sure the horses were okay, in the block of 2200 West Rainier Road.
3:12 p.m. – Agency assistance with questioning an individual in the block of 2200 West Rainier Road.
3:15 p.m. – Reports of cattle wondering on the roadway, the owner was contacted the cattle were secured on the roadway near North Hills Road.
3:48 p.m. – Reports of a two vehicle collision, Deputies investigated when arrived, in the block of 2200 West Hatton Road.
3:51 p.m. – A juvenile refused to go home with parents, juvenile was advised to go home. In the area of South Seventh Avenue and West Juniper Street.
Nov. 28
9:33 a.m. – Citizen issue, reported that someone hit their trash can making it spill into the street, the individual was advised to take care of this via courts, at the block of 2800 West Bench View Lane.
10:43 a.m. – reports of littering but upon arrival Deputies saw no need for law enforcement. In the area of South Booker Road and West Birdwell Road.
2:24 p.m. – Deputies responding to a welfare check but was unable to locate subject in the block of 2100 West Cunningham Road.
3:27 p.m. – False alarm went off in the block of 1000 Shi-lo Drive.
Nov. 30
12:01 a.m. – Reports of graffiti but upon arrival Deputies noted it was gang graffiti on a sign of the block of 1100 South Scooteny Road.
Dec. 1
10:40 a.m. – deputies respond to a car that slide off and partially blocking the road way, deputies were able to remove, in the area of South Reynolds Road near the Fairgrounds.
11:26 a.m. – Deputies were informed of State Patrol responded and took a non-reportable collision in the area of Highway 395 South Bound and North Paha-Packard and East Sackman.
11:33 a.m. – Reports of a traffic accident and was advised to make a report, in the area of West Bench Road and Highway 17.
1:15 p.m. – Agency assist in the area of West Empy Road and Lucy Road.
Dec. 3
11:41 a.m. – Person using showers/utilities without paying, in the block of 800 South Reynolds Road.
1:57 p.m. – Alarm went off in home, but unable to contact responsible. In the 700 block of South Ridgeview Loop.
7:25 p.m. – Reports of a house fire but upon arrive it was declared there was no fire and no danger, in the 300 block of West Third Street.
8:53 p.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle but the driver had permission to be at the 1800 block of West Sutton Road.
9:54 p.m. – Noise complaint in the block of 2100 West May Road.
Dec. 4
4:38 a.m. – Report of a fallen internet cable and reported as a traffic hazard in the block of 2100 West Moon Road.
12:55 p.m. – Agency assistance needed in the 800 block of South Highland Road.
2:46 p.m. – Possible trespassing in progress, but when Deputies arrived they saw no need for law enforcement in the 2000 block of West Bench Road.
10:44 p.m. – Man needed permission to throw his trash away at a gas station on the block of 2000 West Bench Road.
Dec.5
12:43 a.m.- agency assistance on Highway 26 Milepost 36.
9:16 a.m. – Reports of an abandoned vehicle in the 600 block of Kristina Road.
9:30 a.m. – Report of an abandoned vehicle in the block of 600 South Namey Lane.
4:32 p.m. - Reports of an animal having its head stuck in a fence in the 2200 block of West rainier Road.
5:55 p.m. – A vehicle rollover on North Paha Packard near North Dewald Road
6:54 p.m. – Traffic accident in the 2100 block of West Cunningham Road.
7:10 p.m. – A dispute between two individuals but no crimes committed in the 1100 block of South Broadway Avenue.
10:53 p.m. – A fire without a burning permit, fire department put it out, in the 800 block of South Highway 24.
11:51 p.m. – Deputies found a bumper with a license on it, and removed it from the road in the 2100 block of West Bench Road.
Dec.6
4:10 a.m. – Report of a dog problem in the block of 1900 West Bench Road.
9:46 a.m. – Reports of a person trespassing but had permission to be on property in the block of 1100 North Rand Lane.
11:34 a.m. - Animal gave birth to three puppies in the 2200 block of West rainier Road.

Joshua Arnold Cislo, 37, possession of a stolen vehicle. Booked into the Benton County Jail.
Dec. 6
Jonathan Kenyon, 26, second-degree malicious mischief-domestic violence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.
Erick Ramos, 27, second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Booked into the Benton County Jail.
Dec. 7
Tianna Trumble, residential burglary, second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree vehicle prowl. Booked into the Benton County Jail.
