PUBLIC NOTICE

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 23-08

An ordinance adopting the Budget for the Town of Lind, Lind,

Washington, for the fiscal year ending

December 31, 2024.

Section 1. The budget for the Town of Lind, Washington for the year

2024 is hereby adopted at the fund level in its final form and content

as set forth in the document entitled 2024 Budget, copies of which

are on file in the Office of the Clerk.

Section 2. Estimated resources for each separate fund of the Town

of Lind, and aggregate expenditures for all such funds for the year

2024 are set forth in a summary below, and are hereby appropriated

for expenditure at the fund level during the year 2024 as set forth

in the 2024 Budget.

This ordinance shall be in force and take effect five days after its

publication according to law.
