SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 23-07

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING RATES AND CHARGES FOR SEWERAGE

SERVICES AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE COSTS OF

RELATED FACILITIES; AND AMENDING SECTION ONE (1) OF

ORDINANCE 22-03.

Beginning January 1, 2024, the Town of Lind shall increase the

basic monthly sewerage service for all users by one and seventyfour

hundredths percent (1.74%) and rounded as Council decision,

on the 1st day of January each year thereafter. The minimum

monthly sewerage service rates shall be as follows:

All residences having sewer connections

All family units, apartments (per unit)

All motels $101.10

Small business places, stores, garages and

service stations $88.45

For the buildings and facilities of
