DETERMINATION

Pursuant to RCW 43.21C.080,

notice is hereby given that Adams

County did on September

25, 2023, make a Determination

of Nonsignificance (DNS), for

the following application.

Description of proposal: Adams

County Building and Planning

a SEPA checklist an Irrigation

System Improvement Project.

The Warden Hutterian Brethren

are pursuing an easement

across DNR property in Section

16, Township 18 North, Range

31 East, WM for installation of

a 30” diameter pipe that will

convey water from the existing

East Columbia Basin Irrigation

District turnout to property in

Sections 22, 25, 26, 27 and 28

all in Township 18 North, Range

31 East, WM. Approximately

2,640 ft of pipe will be installed

on DNR property. A total of

approximately 47,460 ft of pipe

will be installed to convey water

to 17 circle irrigation machines.

Four of the machines are existing

and the remainder are new.

that this proposal will not have

a probable significant adverse

impact on the environment. An

environmental impact statement

(EIS) is not required under RCW

43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision

was made after the review of

a completed environmental

checklist and other information

on file with the lead agency. This

information is available to the

public upon request.

Threshold Determination:

{X} This DNS is issued

under 197-11-340 (2); the lead

agency will not act on this proposal

for 14 days from October

11,2023.

Comments must be submitted

no later than October 24, 2023,

for this DNS.

Pursuant to WAC 197-11-
