Sept. 22

Alberto Perez-Tzej, 24, first-degree malicious mischief, and hit and run-unattended. Booked into the Franklin County Jail.

Sept. 20

Lance Rogers, 31, first-degree robbery, three counts of first-degree attempted robbery, six counts of second-degree assault, theft of a motor vehicle, aiming/discharging firearms, third-degree malicious mischief, driving while under the influence, attempting to elude and second-degree assault.

Sept. 25

Eduardo Suarez, 49, fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.

Marisella Herrera, 31, second-degree assault-domestic violence and fourth-degree assault-domestic violence. Booked into the Benton County Jail.
