July 16

Assist resident with a ride in the area of South Kristina and West Sielaff roads, Othello.

Dog caught in wire in the 600 block of Saddle Road, Othello.

Crash at the intersection of North Fourth Avenue and East Cedar Boulevard, Othello.

Provide cover for Othello police investigating a possible assault in the 700 block of East Genstone Street, Othello.

Cesar F. Valenciano-Ibarra, 29, of Othello, arrested for allegedly waving a machete at people in the area near North Fourth Avenue and East Main Street, Othello.

July 17

Fire in the 700 block of North DeWald Road, Ritzville.

Two abandoned vehicles reported in Hatton. Streets not reported.

Fire near the intersection of East Gun Club and North VanVleet roads, Ritzville

Single vehicle crash caused by limited visibility due to smoke in the area of East Gun Club and North VanVleet Roads, Ritzville.

Dog bite reported in the 2100 block of West April Street, Othello.

Assist motorist with information on traffic crash process. Location not reported.

July 18

Contact trooper who was out of radio contact near Milepost 236 of Interstate 90, Ritzville. The trooper was assisting a motorist with changing a tire.

Chickens eating complainants garden in the 800 block of South Grace Lane, Othello.

Wrong-way driver reported near Milepost 231 of Interstate 90, Ritzville.

Gunshots reported in the 200 block of East Second Street, city not reported.

July 19

False alarm in the 700 block of South McKinney Road, Othello.

Lost or stolen tool in the 600 block of South Thacker Road, Othello.

Property found in the 0 block of East Wahluke Street, Othello, turned into deputies.

Woman called deputies on sister’s ex-boyfriend who came to pick up his belongings in the 2100 block of West April Street, Othello.

July 20

Cattle in the roadway near the intersection of North State Highway 21 and East Lind-Hatton Road, Lind.

Dispute between neighbors over a dog in the 100 block of West Sixth Street, Lind.

Abandoned vehicle on South Main Street and East Cooper Street, Washtucna.

Rattlesnake bit a dog and went under a car in the 700 block of Anson Road, Othello. A deputy disposed of the snake.

Welfare check on a man threatening to harm themselves in the 600 block of South Drury Lane, Othello. Man was transported to a mental health care facility.

Yard debris dumped in the area of North Bauer and East Weber roads, Ritzville.

Person trying to get into a vehicle in the 2200 block of West Rainier Road, Othello.

Assist Washington State Patrol with translating in the 1100 block of South First Avenue, Othello.

Welfare check on a man sitting in a ditch in the area of West State Highway 26 and South Rayburn Road, Othello. Deputies provided a courtesy ride into town.

Civil standby while utility trailer was recovered from the 2300 block of North Bob Lee Road, Ritzville.

Person left multiple dogs in a vehicle in the 1900 block of West Bench Road, Othello.

Vehicle stolen from the 700 block of South Thacker Road, Othello.
