Ten Year Lease Term

Department of Natural Resources

(DNR) offers for lease at

Sealed Bid Public Auction a tract

of land containing 646.7 acres,

more or less, described as all of

Section 16, Township 16 North,

Range 34 East, W.M., Adams

County containing 642.7 dryland

agriculture acres. Crop share

division rent is 28.24%, (including

the value for leasehold tax).

Bidders must submit a minimum

bonus bid of $34,900.00, plus

reimbursement for weed control

expenses. Lease covenants

may be examined at the Adams

County Courthouse in Ritzville,

DNR Southeast Region Office

located at 713 Bowers Rd,

Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the

office of the Commissioner of

Public Lands, Olympia, WA.

Sealed Bid Auction will be held

at DNR’s Southeast Region

office in Ellensburg on August

14, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. For a bid
