FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER

OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

FOUR (4) GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATES

That Stahl Hutterian Brethren

of Ritzville, WA, has made application

for change/ transfer of

water right in order to add a point

of withdrawal as granted under

Ground Water Certificate Nos.

5660-A, G3-01330, G3-22503

and G3-25630.

That 5660-A authorizes the withdrawal

of 1550 gallons per minute,

1920 acre-feet per year, for

the irrigation of 690 acres. That

authorized point of withdrawal

is from a well within E1/2 SE 1/4

SE 1/4 of Section 17, T. 19 N.,

R. 33 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is S 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 5, NW

1/4 and S 1/2 Section 8; W 1/2

SW 1/4, Section 9; SE 1/4; Section

17; SW 1/4, Section 16; NE

1/4, Section 20, all in T. 19 N.,

R. 33 E.W.M. That G3-01330

authorizes the withdrawal of

1000 gallons per minute, 1207

acre-feet per year, during irrigation

season, each year, for the

irrigation of 480 acres. That the

authorized point of withdrawal

is from a well within SW 1/4 SE

1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N .. , R.

33 E.W.M. That the authorized

place of use is within T. 19 N.,

R. 33; SE 1/4 of Section 8; W 1/2

SW 1/4 of Section 9; E 1/2 SW

1/4 of Section 16; and the east

200 feet of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE

1/4 of Section 17.SE 1/4 of Section

17 LESS the east 200 feet

of NE 1/4 SE 1/4 SE 1/4; NE 1/4

of Section 20; W 1/2 SW 1/4 of

Section 16. SW 1/4 of Section 8

That G3-22503 authorizes the

withdrawal of 3000 gallons per

minute, 2800 acre-feet per year,

during irrigation season, each

year, for the irrigation of 1200

acres. That the authorized point

of withdrawal is from a well within

SE 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section

8, T. 19 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That the authorized place of use

is within T. 19 N., R. 33; NE 1/4

of Section 17 and the NW 1/4 of

Section 16. NE 1/4 of Section

20; SE 1/4 of Section 17; E 1/2

SW 1/4 of Section 16; S 1/2 of

Section 8; W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section

9; S1/2 SW 1/4 of Section 5.

That G3-25630 authorizes the

withdrawal of 1000 gallons per

minute, 600 acre-feet per year,

from April 1 to October

31, each year, for the irrigation of

240 acres. That the authorized

point of withdrawal is from a

well within the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R.

33 E.W.M. That the authorized

place of use if within the NW

1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 33

E.W.M. W 1/2 SW 1/4 of Section

16, T. 19 N., R. 33 E.W.M.

That they propose to add a well

to the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section

3, T. 19 N., R. 33 E.W.M. to

integrate the system with the two

existing wells.

All within Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to

approval of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a

fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee

and filed with the Department of

Ecology, at the address shown

below, within thirty (30) day from

July 12, 2023.
