NOTICE OF MEETING

TO ADOPT 2023-2024 BUDGET

AND CONDUCT PUBLIC

HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant

to RCW 28A.505.050 and

RCW 28A.505.060, that the

Board of Directors (the “Boards”)

of Lind School District No. 158,

and Ritzville School District No.

160-67, both in Adams County,

Washington (the “Districts”)

will hold a regular meeting on

July 24, 2023, commencing

at 6:30PM in the Lind-Ritzville

Middle School Cafeteria, located

at N 507 E Street, Lind, Washington.

Prior to adoption of the

2023-2024 budget at 6:30PM in

the same location, the Boards

will hold a hearing for the purpose

of receiving comments

from the public on the purpose

of fixing and adopting the budget

of the Districts for the ensuing

2023-2024 fiscal year. Any person

may appear at the hearing

and be heard for or against any

part of the 2023-2024 budget,

the four-year budget plan, or any

proposed changes to uses of

enrichment funding under RCW

28A.505.240 (a/k/a educational

programs and operation levy).

Upon conclusion of the hearing,

the Boards shall fix and determine

the appropriation from each

fund contained in the 2023-2024

budget and shall, by resolution,

adopt the 2023-2024 budget, the

four-year budget plan summary,

and the four-year enrollment

projection. 2023-2024 budget
