RITZVILLE – The air around schools will be full of “Pomp and Circumstance” this weekend as the Class of 2023 graduates.
At Lind-Ritzville High School, the commencement ceremony begins at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 3.
Nearly 40 students are expected to receive their diploma during the ceremony in Gilson Gymnasium, 209 E. Wellsandt Road.
Students are not limited to the number of attendees on their behalf this year, school officials said.
The Lind-Ritzville High School band will provide music for the ceremony.
Other nearby graduation ceremonies are as follows:
Friday, June 2
• Harrington – 6 p.m., school gymnasium. Six students will be graduating.
• Kahlotus — 7 p.m., high school lawn. Four students will be graduating.
• Othello – 7 p.m. in Othello High School’s football stadium.
Saturday, June 3
• Sprague — 4 p.m., school cafeteria. Three students will be graduating.
• Washtucna — 11 a.m., school gymnasium. Two students will be graduating
Monday, June 5
Desert Oasis High School, Othello – 6 p.m. at the school.
