Law Day in Ritzville

Adams County Sheriff Dale Wagner, deputies, Washington State Troopers and others spent Friday, May 5, celebrating Law Day with Ritzville youth, teaching them about the courthouse, prosecuting attorneys and law enforcement, and how each works together. Trooper Elkins and K-9 Ginger stole the show, the sheriff said.
