to contracting indebtedness;

amending Ordinance No. 2142;

extending the maturity date of

the City’s Water Revenue Bond

Anticipation Note, 2020 (Non-

Revolving Line of Credit); and

providing for related matters.

The ordinance shall be in full

force and effect five (5) days

after passage and publication

as provided by law. Copies
