TAKE NOTICE:

That WHB Trust of Warden,

WA, has filed applications for

change/transfer of water right

in order to change the point

of withdrawal, and change the

place of use as granted under

Ground Water Certificate Nos.

5247-A and G3-01152.

That Ground Water Certificate

No. 5247-A authorizes the

withdrawal of 1500 gallons per

minute, 1600 acre-feet per year,

for the irrigation of 700 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

Gov’t Lot 3 of Sec. 30, T. 20 N.,

R. 32 E.W.M., Adams County,

WA.

That the authorized place of

use is W½W½ of Sec. 30, T.

20 N., R. 32 E.W.M, and W½ of

Sec. 31 T. 20 N., R. 32 E.W.M.

and E½ Sec. 25, T. 20 N., R. 31

E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That Ground Water Certificate

No. G3-01152 authorizes the

withdrawal of 1400 gallons per

minute, 800 acre-feet per year,

from April 1 to October 31,

each year, for the irrigation of

320 acres.

That the authorized point of

withdrawal is from a well within

Govt Lot 3, of Sec. 30, T., 20 N.,

R. 32 E.W.M, Adams County,

WA.

That the authorized place of

use is within the S½ of Sec. 24,

T. 20 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams

County, WA.

That they propose to change

the point of withdrawal to the

Sec. 7 and Sec 18, T. 15 N., R.

31 E.W.M., Adams County, WA.

That they propose to change

the place of use to Sec. 7 and

Sec. 18, T. 15 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

Adams County, WA.

All within Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a

fifty-($50.00) dollar recording

fee and filed with the Department

of Ecology, at the address
