NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE
DETERMINATION FOR
ACE HARDWARE LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT
The City of Ritzville has published
the following administrative
determination notice for a lot
line adjustment.
Applicant: CK2H Holdings, Inc.
Project Description: Combine
lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 16,
Town of Ritzville.
Application Date: January
24, 2023
Project Location: 102 W 1st Ave,
Parcel No. 1935230501606
and 108 W 1st Ave, Parcel No.
1935230501608 in Block 16.
Comprehensive Plan: Parcel
and lot will remain in the Central
Business (C-1) zone.
Review Authority: Pursuant to
the Ritzville Municipal Code,
Type I Administrative Review,
the administrator may approve,
approve with conditions, or deny
Type I applications, subject to
the notice and appeal requirements
of RCC 11.245.070.
Notice of Appeal: Pursuant
to RCC 11.255, the action is
final unless an appeal is filed
by February 14, 2023. The
notice of appeal to Ritzville City
Council shall contain a concise
statement identifying the decision
being appealed, the name
and address of the appellant,
the specific reasons for the appeal
(the appellant shall bear
the burden of proving why the
decision is inappropriate), and
the desired outcome or changes
to the decision. The fee for filing
an appeal is $110. Affected
property owners may request a
change in valuation for property
tax purposes notwithstanding
any program of revaluation.
During this period the notice of
appeal may be submitted to the
Clerk-Treasurer. The file may be
examined by appointment between
the hours of 8:00am and
5:00pm, Monday through Friday
(except holidays) at Ritzville
City Hall, 216 E. Main, Ritzville,
Washington. For additional
